I had the pleasure of working with Coastal Improvement Corporation from February 2009 to December 2009 in Naples Florida.

Coastal Improvement Corporation was contacted by Hoar Construction to do all roof construction and interior trim on 42 2-story buildings and 1 single story clubhouse at Gusta Bella Vita. A newly constructed condominium project in Naples, FL. I have no reservations in recommending Coastal Improvement.

To whom it may concern:

I have known Mr. Frank Tucker for over ten years. He was the Project Manager working on several of Investments Limited properties located in Broward County. His responsibility was to oversee and coordinated with the Architect and the Consultants Construction Documents along with supervising the Construction of the Project along with overseeing sub-contractors working on various projects.

Mr. Tucker was our primary contact for the renovation of the façade and Master Site Plan alterations to the Westgate Plaza Shopping Center in Plantation Florida along with overseeing the construction of a vocational school and numerous Tenant and Landlord improvements within the center along with several other two and three story office buildings in the county owned Investments Limited.

Having worked with Frank on these Projects, I have always remember him as being very dedicated, knowledgeable and a responsive Construction Project Manager throughout these complex construction process.

I would highly recommend Mr. Tucker as assist in whatever capacity is required on any of your projects, regardless of size and scope and have always found it a pleasure to know and work with him.
