Frank Tucker - Owner
Since starting his company in 1991, Frank Tucker has built a solid reputation for customer satisfaction by constantly striving to be the best in quality, service and value.
A north Florida resident for the last 28 years, Frank moved from a small blue collar town in Western New York to explore new horizons. A third generation contractor, Frank learned the meaning of hard work and ethical standards under the watchful eyes of his father and grandfather.
After working for 12 years as a General Manager for a Sears home improvement contractor serving locations throughout the south east, Frank started Coastal Improvement Corporation. His mission, to provide his customers with the highest level of customer service at the most competitive prices while using the most advanced materials available. His core values of quality and integrity are backed by his years of experience in the industry. In addition to being a Florida State Certified General Contractor , He is also a State Certified Roofing Contractors, Mold Remediator, Mold Assessor and Home and Property Inspector.
Lucas Beiro
Co-Founder /CEO
As a 5th generation Florida native, Lucas appreciates the beauty and architecture the state has to offer and enjoys incorporating the Floridian design to his projects. His ancestors were all master carpenters, fireman, and/or policeman. It was only natural to follow in these footsteps.
Lucas started his career in his early 20’s by having a very successful custom paint company in Miami Beach. This gave him the opportunity to work for private homeowners, cruise ships, commercial businesses, all the way to celebrities. This wide range of customer projects allowed him to perfect his craftsmanship in multiple trades and specialize in custom carpentry requests.
In 2012, his business shifted to helping investors buy, rehab, and sell residential properties throughout all of South Florida. During this time, he gained vast knowledge in tear down or abandoned properties that needed to be rebuilt. He became a successful real estate investor and successfully flipped homes.
After moving to Wesley Chapel in 2016 he launched a construction remodeling company. As owner and operator, this company dominated a new niche where clients upgrade their brand-new homes to assimilate the model home centers they fell in love with. During this time, Lucas’s creative instinct flourished as designs and materials were pushed to unbelievable and exciting new limits.
Outdoor living has become a big request for clients, and have been able to deliver outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pools, and more! The demand for outdoor living grew as people spend a lot of time at home and as a result now we spend most of our times building dreams in the backyard!
